To maintain a healthy employee relations and assure we have a team of engaged workforce, who is loyal and committed to carrying out our corporate vision and mission, we have made several commitments to meeting the needs of our people.

We believe that effective communication is a prerequisite for building and managing an engaged workforce, and that it is vital to the success in fostering our staff’s sense of belonging.

We believe in keeping our employees informed on the direction of our company through open communication with them. From regular meetings and informal gatherings to newsletters and various briefing sessions, the management makes use of different communication channels to establish and maintain close relationships with the staff.

Caring is one of our core values and employee relations is our prime concern. FSE organizes various activities, including employee relations programmes, staff activities, employee wellness schemes and loyalty programmes from time to time to maintain a healthy employee relations. Different sports events, interest classes and leisure activities are being organized in which our staff and their family members can participate.
